With the number of COVID-19 continuing to rapidly expand, many nonprofits are finding themselves in the unfortunate position of having to consider options for employee furloughs or lay-offs. This webinar will explore considerations with respect to staff downsizing and reducing operations, including legal notification obligations and the parameters of recently expanded unemployment insurance entitlements. It will also offer a primer on available emergency loan opportunities just authorized as part of the federal stimulus package. This session is free for NYCON Members.
