      Samuel Wilson, aka Uncle Sam is seen all over Troy, from the statue in Riverfront Park to the Health Food store on 4th Street. But who is Uncle Sam? This tour will look at sites associated with the man, Samuel Wilson and the legend, Uncle Sam.
