Oyster Tasting Event

Oysters on the half shell, Oysters Rockefeller, crudités, beer, wine, music. Exhibit of Shelter Island Oyster Company memorabilia from the private collection of Robert E. Walden III. The Nature Conservancy/Mashomack Preserve will present an exhibit on the importance of oysters in the environment.
