Registration Process:

Our registration form has step by step instructions to register you and your guests for the conference, special events and capstone experiences.

  1. Please review the descriptions of the conference workshops, sessions, and capstone experiences before beginning the registration process.
  2. Is your membership current? Check your MANY Membership status here and renew today to get the discount.  Not a member? Click here to join. 

  3. You will be able to register guests for each event on the registration form.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Can I pay by check? 
    Yes - when you complete your registration, simply choose the "Invoice Me" Option. All payments must be received by March 29, 2019. Checks should be made out to Museum Association of New York and mailed to MANY's office at 265 River Street, Troy, NY 12180.
  2. Can I bring a guest to one of the events?
    Yes! There are options on the form to indicate whether or not you will be bringing a guest.
  3. How can I register a second person from my organization?
    You will need to register each individual attending the conference separately.
  4. I am a MANY Member, but the discount is not available...
    Please make sure you are logged in to your MANY Profile. If you are unsure of your username(email) or password, please contact us via email or phone.

All Conference facilities are wheelchair accessible and ASL Interpretation will be provided upon request.  Please contact us via email.
