Presentation of the REALM Project Research for Museums

March 12, 12 PM

Kendra Morgan

Senior Program Manager, OCLC

Anna Munsun-Miller

REALM Toolkit Editor, Museums, OCLC

As libraries and museums around the country begin to resume operations and reopen to the public in light of COVID-19, the need for clear information to support the handling of core museum, library, and archival materials has become increasingly urgent. Join us on Friday, March 12 at noon for an overview of REALM project activities, a discussion about what is known and what is unknown about the virus, a review of the testing process and test results, and a look at the REALM ToolKit resources.

About REALM

The REopening Archives, Libraries, and Museums (REALM) Project is a research project conducted by OCLC, the Institute of Museum and Library Services, and Battelle to produce science-based information about how materials can be handled to mitigate COVID-19 exposure to staff and visitors of archives, libraries, and museums.

Registrants will receive the Zoom link via email the day before or by 11:20 AM for same-day registrations. Registration will close at 11:20 AM

This webinar is free; advance registration required. Participants are encouraged to submit discussion questions during registration.

Closed Caption and/or ASL Interpretation will be provided upon request.
